Ingredients
2 large ripe avocados – The star ingredient for a rich, creamy base.
1 tablespoon lime juice – Adds a zesty tang and prevents browning.
½ teaspoon garlic powder – Enhances flavor with a subtle garlic kick.
½ teaspoon cumin – Brings a warm, earthy depth to the chips.
½ teaspoon salt – Balances and elevates the flavors.
¼ teaspoon black pepper – Adds a mild, peppery bite.
1 cup corn masa flour – The key to achieving the perfect tortilla-like texture.
1 tablespoon olive oil – Helps crisp up the chips and enhances their golden color.
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mash the avocados in a bowl until smooth. Stir in lime juice, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
Add corn masa flour and mix until a dough forms. If it’s too dry, add 1 tbsp of water.
Roll out the dough between two sheets of parchment paper until â…›-inch thick.
Cut into triangles (or any shape you like) using a knife or cookie cutter.
Brush lightly with olive oil for extra crispiness.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway, until chips are golden-green and crispy.
Cool completely before serving. Enjoy with your favorite dips! 🌮🔥
Notes
For extra crispiness, bake longer at 325°F for 5 more minutes.
Want spicy chips? Add ½ tsp chili powder or cayenne pepper. 🌶
For keto version, replace corn masa with almond flour & cheese.
