Ingredients
2 cups shredded cooked chicken (rotisserie or boiled)
1 cup cottage cheese (blended until smooth)
Β½ cup buffalo sauce (adjust to taste)
Β½ cup Greek yogurt
Β½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and black pepper to taste
2 tablespoons chopped green onions (for garnish)
Optional: ΒΌ cup crumbled blue cheese for extra flavor
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
Blend the cottage cheese in a food processor until smooth.
In a large bowl, mix blended cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onionpowder, salt, and pepper.
Fold in shredded chicken and half of the shredded cheddar cheese. Stir well.
Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe baking dish and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the dip is bubbly and heated through.
Remove from the oven, garnish with green onions, and serve warm!
Notes
Want it spicier? Add more buffalo sauce or a dash of cayenne pepper.
Dairy-free option: Use plant-based cottage cheese, yogurt, and cheese.
